Terms of use.

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Hide & Seek website at hxs2.netlify.app and your visits to our restaurant at 20 E 600 South, Salt Lake City. The site and the restaurant are operated by HXS Food Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Hide & Seek”).

By using this site or dining with us, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

01Agreement to terms

These terms form a legal agreement between you and HXS Food Group LLC. Read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us before agreeing.

02Using this site

You may use this site to learn about us, view the menu, make reservations, purchase gift cards, and submit events inquiries. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Interfere with the site’s operation or other users’ access
• Scrape, crawl, or collect content without permission
• Use automated tools to submit the events form, newsletter signup, or any other form

03Reservations

Reservations are processed by Resy and subject to their terms. The following policies apply to your reservation with us:

• Hold time: tables are held for fifteen minutes past the reservation time. After that, we may release the table.
• Late arrivals: if you’ll be late, please call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
• Cancellations: cancel through Resy or contact us directly.
• No-shows: repeat no-shows may affect your ability to book in the future.
• Dietary needs: please tell us about allergies and restrictions when you book. We do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Bar seating: the bar is walk-in only and not bookable.

04Gift cards

Gift cards are issued and redeemed through Toast. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to Toast’s terms of service in addition to ours.

• Gift cards are redeemable at Hide & Seek toward food, beverages, and gratuity.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
• Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaceable. Treat them like cash.
• Gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law.

05Age policy

Hide & Seek is a 21-and-over establishment. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot provide valid ID, or who appears to be intoxicated.

06Intellectual property

The Hide & Seek name, logo, monogram, wordmark, design system, photography, menu copy, and all other content on this site are owned by HXS Food Group LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law.

You may share links to our site, post photos of your visit on social media, and tell people about us. You may not:

• Reproduce our content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Use our name, logo, or branding to imply endorsement
• Modify our materials and present them as your own
• Frame the site within another site without permission

07Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the site accurate and operational, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or particular results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HXS Food Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or visit to the restaurant.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after we post changes means you accept the updated terms.
