Red long tail snapper, red plum, blackberries, sliced grape, micro shungiku, and shaved black radish.

10oz carina duck breast, beetroot, potato spheres, roasted beets, mandarin oranges, truffle chili oil cream.

Sake cured hiramasa, papaya, dragon fruit, orange, raspberry, and jack fruit.

A handful are ours, built for the curious and the patient. Bar seats are walk-in, first come, first served.
